Blossom Hill is a cozy casita right in the heart of downtown Eureka Springs. Built in 1890, Blossom Hill gives you modern victorian charm with the convenience of modern amenities, a boho/victorian vibe with a location you cant beat.

Kitchen has a microwave, large toaster oven (fits 12” pizza) with air fryer capabilities, Keurig coffee maker and fridge. There is no cooktop or oven. Kitchen best suited for microwave/toaster oven meals or reheating items. Not meant for cooking large meals. Access to the kitchen is through the downstairs bedroom.
Primary bedroom has a king size bed, 2 person dining table. There is no door on the downstairs bedroom. Please see photos.
Primary bathroom access is through the downstairs bedroom. Contains shower/tub combo, sink and linen closet.
Upstairs: Secondary bedroom and half bathroom
Second bedroom - queen size bed, smart tv & coffee stand.
Secondary half bathroom has a toilet, sink, dressing table and standing mirror.
Outside: Wrap around porch has 2 seating areas, one is a bistro table to enjoy a meal outside and the other is a conversation area.
2 parking spaces are provided. One at the bottom of the hill that requires steep stairs to access and one to the left of the casita. Photos will be provided.
*There are two exterior security cameras on the property. One on the front porch (monitoring the front door) and one by the back door. The cameras are there for the security of the guests and the property when it's not being rented. Your privacy and safety is important to us*
